JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a thoughtful and ideally experienced, community-driven “end-to-end” strategist to lead brand and creative content strategies from concept through full campaign development. The right candidate will be responsible for discovering insights, articulating ideas, building proposals, owning briefs, planning, designing, creating, editing, and developing content for various forms of brand strategies based on our clients’ business objectives and campaign goals.
This position requires an exceptionally creative individual who thrives on innovation and enjoys producing original work. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for marketing, storytelling, and a proactive voice in the campaign creation process. Strong communication skills in English are essential, alongside the ability to craft clever and engaging content. Moreover, the successful candidate will be expected to identify and generate story ideas on a wide range of topics, transforming them into compelling narratives across multiple channels.
ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Conducting extensive research to gain in-depth knowledge of customer personas and analyse consumer thoughts and trends.
- Creating clear and compelling strategic creative concepts to align with brand objectives.
- Identifying target audience profiles and developing creative content that resonates with the brand’s customer personas.
- Devising brand and content strategies aimed at converting both new and existing customers into success stories.
- Creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns and social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Planning and developing the campaign’s editorial calendar, ensuring consistency across all delivery platforms.
- Overseeing the writing style and ensuring that the tone, style, and voice of all content are aligned with the brand’s guidelines.
- Posting content in accordance with the Content Calendar, responding to comments where appropriate to foster a positive community.
- Tracking and conducting periodic brand and content audits, calculating content ROI to assess effectiveness.
- Planning and executing marketing and social media strategies to drive traffic and engagement across social media platforms and the website.
- Producing written, digital, and animated content for social media channels, primarily on Facebook and Instagram, but also including LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Monitoring the ongoing digital presence and suggesting solutions to improve visibility and engagement.
- Researching influencer marketing, sourcing talent, and managing collaborations and brand ambassador relationships.
- Managing and maintaining websites, including the company website and e-shop.
- Working on briefs and preparing presentations for marketing campaigns.
- Creating monthly plans and producing competitor analysis reports to measure the success and performance of digital media campaigns.
- Developing, managing, and daily monitoring of paid campaigns to ensure maximum reach and return on investment.
- Ensuring that social media campaigns stay within budget and keeping budget records up to date.
- Engaging with audiences and responding accordingly to build relationships and brand loyalty.
- Staying up to date with emerging social media and digital trends to inform strategy.
- Regularly monitoring competitor social media sites to identify opportunities and threats.
- Performing ad-hoc marketing tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to overall team goals.
- Assisting in photoshoots, brand activations, and the organisation of events and webinars to support marketing initiatives.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the industry.
- The ability to write effectively, ensuring proper tone, structure, and emotion, with attention to grammar.
- A high level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong organisational and project management skills are essential.
- Strong research skills, coupled with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead client meetings and/or present pitches confidently.
- Expertise in creating content across various mediums, including social media, print, web, email, and video, ensuring each format is tailored to its audience.
- The ability to write persuasively and, when necessary, defend proposed creative strategies with confidence and clarity.
- A keen awareness of current trends, with the ability to create compelling, modern storytelling that resonates with the target audience.
- The ability to manage time effectively, as some projects may take longer to complete and require quick turnaround times for revisions.
